Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services, templates, and digital products provided by Boldway. By purchasing a template, engaging in a custom project, or using our services in any capacity, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Use of Service
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
1.2 You agree not to misuse our services or engage in any unlawful or unethical activities through your website.
2. Project Timeline
2.1 Delivery times vary based on project complexity:
• Template-based websites are typically completed within 7–10 working days.
• Custom websites may take up to 40 working days.
2.2 Work begins on the day all required materials (branding, copy, domain access, photos, etc.) are provided by you.
3. Project Workflow & Timing
3.1 After the initial consultation, you will receive a project brief indicating all materials needed to begin. Once the brief is submitted, you will receive:
• A final quote
• An agreement
• A timeline for delivery
3.2 You are entitled to two (2) rounds of amendments and fixes during the testing phase. All requested changes must be communicated via email or during an online meeting. Boldway will implement approved fixes within a maximum of three (3) working days.
4. Payments
4.1 All prices displayed on our website refer to the base version of each template or service.
4.2 Additional features not listed in product descriptions—such as plugins, advanced CMS structures, booking integrations, or other custom functionalities—will be quoted separately and added to your final invoice.
4.3 Upon accepting the project scope, you will receive two invoices:
• 50% upfront, due after signing the agreement, required to initiate work.
• 50% upon completion, due once the website is live or the final files are delivered.
5. Additional Third-Party Costs
5.1 Hosting: Boldway websites are built using the Framer platform, which requires a monthly subscription paid directly to Framer. Current rates range from $5/month for landing pages to $30/month for full CMS sites.
5.2 Domain: If you do not already own a domain, you will need to purchase one. Pricing typically starts at $10/year, depending on the domain name.
5.3 These external costs are not included in your Boldway invoice and remain your responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Boldway is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use your website or any associated digital products.
6.2 We do not guarantee the continuous availability or performance of third-party services (e.g., Framer hosting) or compatibility with plugins and systems not provided by Boldway.
7. Intellectual Property & License
7.1 All website templates, layouts, design elements, and creative assets provided by Boldway remain the intellectual property of Boldway and its founder, whether pre-designed or custom-built.
7.2 When you purchase a template or a custom website, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final website for your personal or business purposes.
7.3 Boldway retains the right to reuse, modify, or resell any template or design, including versions customized for specific clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.4 You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the design or assets for commercial use or third-party resale.
8. Support & Maintenance
8.1 Ongoing support is not included unless explicitly stated in your project agreement.
8.2 You will receive documentation and guidance for managing and updating your website.
8.3 If you require additional assistance after delivery—such as updates, technical support, or design modifications—these services will be billed separately based on current hourly rates or support packages.
9. Credit & Branding
9.1 All websites include a discreet footer credit: “Website by Boldway.”
9.2 You may request to remove or replace this credit for an additional fee, to be agreed upon prior to launch.
9.3 Showcasing your website in Boldway’s portfolio is standard unless otherwise requested in writing.
